Labor & Employee Relations

The Labor & Employee Relations Department provides support and consultative services in the recruitment, selection, and retention of town employees and volunteers; administers benefits, labor relations, training, compensation, and risk management programs; and provides information, assistance and compliance guidance on federal, state, and local employment laws and / or regulations.
