Department Responsibilities
Emergency Management organizes and incorporates all activities necessary to build, maintain, and enhance the Town of Wells' ability to mitigate against, respond to, prepare for, and recuperate from threatened or actual acts of terrorism, industrial and commercial sabotage, fires, natural disasters (such as earthquakes, severe weather, flooding, hurricanes, etc.), public unrest, industrial and commercial accidents, infrastructure breakdown, failure and loss, or corruption of crucial information.
