Hazardous Waste and Household Medical Sharps
A Household Hazardous Waste Day for Wells residents is held annually for hazardous waste disposal. Information for the 2026 Household Hazardous Waste Day, typically held in the fall, will be posted when available.
On this day, residents may dispose of items such as oil-based paints, stains, thinners, strippers, antifreeze, transmission fluid, poisons, insecticides, pesticides, hearing aid batteries, swimming pool chemicals, and other approved materials.
