Sergeant Chad Arrowsmith has been with the Wells Police Department since 2012. He holds an associate’s degree in criminal justice and graduated from the Maine Criminal Justice Academy in 1998. He previously worked as a Police Officer in Aroostook County for six years and spent ten years in federal law enforcement. He is a certified academy instructor and enjoys teaching and training. He is a Law Enforcement Phlebotomist, a Field Training Officer, Motor Officer and a Physical Fitness Instructor. His current job is a Patrol Sergeant.
